Communication is one topic I have always referred to for a
long-sustainable relationship. Therefore coming as an ingredient should
not be surprising, rather expected and also a very vital ingredient too.
Therefore like my trend has been I will ask,
What is Communication?
From the Latin word Communicare, which means to share. Communication is the purposeful activity of information exchange between tow or more participants in order to convey or receive the intended meanings, through a shared system of signs and semiotic rules.

From the above definition, you will find out that a marriage that
either lacks communication is already crippled. Now I will want to state
here that a good and effective communication system starts with respect
for each other. Yes Respect. You need to think well and see that
whoever you do not respect, causes am impaired communication. Respect
does not make you less of a woman especially less of a man. Giving
respect does not mean she is about to chance you as a man. It only means
that when you respect your spouse in any/every way, your tone and mode
of communicating an information to them will be polite, clear,sincere
and non- assuming. Yes non-assuming.
Now some spouse already have at the back of their minds what they are expecting before ever the communication starts and that will definitely end in a fight, and This respecting is vice-versa please note, because you do not expect to speak to your wife as a maid and expect her to adhere because you are a man. Please respect her feelings and her been your wife, so talk cooly and calmly to her. I will say communicate with your wife as you would do with your best friend,same goes to the women.
When communicating my Pearl Jewels, please be involved, listen well and contribute where necessary. Be a good listener and a wonderful contributor. Do not always look for what is faulty in a discussion. I will refer to my previous write-ups in this group also on effective communication because the truth is that effective communication can never be over emphasized.
